Ingredients
- 1-2 shallots, depending on size, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. freshly squeeze lemon juice
- 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. dijon mustard
